This year, the Westfalen Connection competition will show films from the region or by people from Westphalia in four programme blocks.
Two prizes will be awarded by a jury: 1,000 euros for the best short film (up to 30 minutes) and 1,500 euros for the best film over 30 minutes. Both prizes are sponsored by the Münster-based Westfalen-Initiative Foundation.
